The Vanity / Shower area

The vanity cupboards are a two shelf arrangement fitted off with antique white vinyl wrap presentation , marble look laminate top with a ceramic and border tile splash back. A flick mixer tap give hot and cold water at anytime with full mains pressure. Above the basin is 700 x 550 mirror with soap dispenser and toothbrush holder mounted at each side. Directly if front of the mirror is a full height shower recess again fitted with flick mixer tap and clear glass shower screen.  To the right of the vanity area is a bench height window fitted with slim line venetian blinds for privacy.

Hallway opposite the Bunks:

On the wall immediately outside the shower vanity area is a dual satin-chrome towel  rail set. The two downlights  illuminate in the vanity  area and together with the exhaust fan are controlled by a lighting system control pad located between the vanity and the toilet.

Toilet

The toilet occupies a completely separate room and is fitted with a full flush Sealand ceramic toilet. A small toilet window is fitted for light and privacy during the day  Again this room is fitted with a  downlight and exhaust fan controlled by the lighting pad outside the door.
