From within the Kitchen area, a
laundry shoot at the bottom of the pantry drops the dirty washing
into a holding cabinet on the right side of the 4kg front loader
washing machine. This runs from the mains or generator at any time and is
supplied water from the 1000lt fresh water tank and dumps its
waste water direct into the grey water tank.

LPG Gas
|
Gas is supplied by two 9kg bottles
fitted in a locked/ventilated cabinet centrally located in the bin
holding area. These are plumbed into the Rinnai instantaneous hot
water service and cook top burners. You get
between 8 to 10 weeks out of one bottle, that is with a family of
two adults and two children under 5 living full time having at least two
hot showers / day.

The rear of the bus depicts an
airbrushed caption from the cartoon "Conan and the
Barbarian" painted by Dave Maxwell, Healesville , Victoria.Two
coats of two-pack clear protect the image. Not the most
peaceful picture you would see on a motor home, and much to the
displeasure of my wife, the picture remains. |

Insulation
|
During construction, all walls were fitted with 50mm insulation
foam, the roof above the false ceiling is lined with 10mm Silver
backed insulation sheet and the roof has been spray painted with
"Thermosheild" paint. |
